Job Description

Propark Mobility is a leading parking management company specializing in providing comprehensive parking solutions across various establishments including hotels, commercial venues, and residential complexes. Known for its commitment to customer service excellence and efficient operations, Propark Mobility delivers professional and reliable valet and bell services to enhance the overall guest experience. The company operates with a focus on safety, professionalism, and innovative technology to ensure smooth vehicle and guest handling at all its locations.

Located in Reno, Nevada, we are currently hiring an Overnight Bell/Valet Attendant for our hotel partner to join our hospitality team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational efficiency that Propark Mobility and the hotel are known for. This is a full-time and part-time position offering $17.00 per hour plus tips, with shifts covering overnight graveyard hours. Applicants must be available to work on weekends, emphasizing the round-the-clock nature of hotel operations and the need for dependable team members to support these hours.

The Bell/Valet Attendant position focuses primarily on delivering outstanding bell and valet services. This includes warmly greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling, and ensuring vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and promptly. Attendants play a crucial role in managing valet ticketing and vehicle documentation accurately, providing guests with directions and information about the hotel and local attractions while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. Beyond traditional bell and valet duties, the role also involves supporting shuttle driving operations as needed, transporting guests safely to designated locations, and assisting passengers with their baggage.

Candidates in this role must demonstrate strong customer service and hospitality skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage physical demands such as lifting luggage up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The position requires a valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least three years of continuous licensed driving experience. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment during overnight shifts, including weekends, is essential. Additional qualifications include the ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam if shuttle duties are required and a readiness to maintain consistent professionalism in a role that significantly impacts guest impressions and satisfaction.

At Propark Mobility, employees enjoy a supportive work environment, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time workers. Benefits include paid holidays, wellness time, paid vacation with an extra day off for birthdays, and access to a confidential Employee Assistance Program available 24/7. Full-time employees also receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with supplemental insurance options such as pet insurance. The company fosters inclusivity and equal opportunity, ensuring applicants are considered fairly regardless of age, race, gender, or veteran status, and providing accommodations throughout the application process if needed.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, skilled in driving and vehicle management, and motivated to join a reputable company where dedication and customer focus are valued. Propark Mobility encourages applicants seeking a dynamic, customer-facing role within the hospitality sector, with the potential to grow their career in a supportive and progressive environment.
