Job Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 9 pm to 5 am, including at least one weekend shift per weekend
- Physical ability to lift, push, grasp, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
- Willingness to comply with cleanliness and sanitation standards per FDA guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and productivity under federal, state, and local standards
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bakery production, banquet or restaurant kitchen preferred but not required
- Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- Passion for cooking with keen eye for freshness, quality, and cleanliness
- Appetite for learning and enthusiasm for pastries, cakes, and confections
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Identify and select ingredients to follow recipes
