Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow detailed product handling and baking instructions
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently and with assistance for heavier items
- Comfort working in environments with temperature extremes such as freezers and ovens
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, pulling, reaching, pushing, and stooping
- Willingness to work overnight shift hours from 10 pm to 6 am
- Commitment to work with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work within a team and support the application of club policies and compliance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service-oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and other equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorate special order or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate and handle bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Maintain compliance with club policies and procedures
- Assist with other duties, including working in other departments as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and taking special orders
- Ensure regular and predictable full attendance
