Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety procedures
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Previous baking experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours

- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin products including donuts muffins and bagels according to standard recipes and specifications
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality and consistency
- Coordinate with the team to prioritize baking schedules based on product demand
- Conduct quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet Dunkin standards
- Remove any products that do not meet quality criteria and report issues to management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Communicate with the management team to order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area including ovens mixers and work surfaces
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic baking environment
- Work collaboratively with other overnight team members to ensure efficient operations
- Communicate effectively with management regarding production schedules and inventory needs
- Follow Dunkin operational procedures and standards for baking and food safety
- Uphold the quality and freshness of Dunkin products
