Known for producing and delivering the finest croissants and viennoiseries in LA, Sugarbloom Bakery has built a strong reputation for quality and artisanal craftsmanship. Job Requirements

- Possess a California Food Handler Card
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of commercial baking experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good basic math skills
- Possession of a valid California Food Handler Card
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with croissants and viennoiseries is preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake croissants and other viennoiseries according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow proper kitchen procedures and food safety guidelines
- Handle physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Work standing for extended periods during the overnight shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members maintaining a positive and team-oriented environment
- Manage inventory and assist with receiving deliveries as needed
