Job Requirements

- Ability to work overnights
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to read and memorize recipes
- Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

- Experience working in a high-volume baking environment is preferred

- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Baking required recipes in an accurate and consistent method
- Ensuring baked goods have an appealing finished product
- Confirming all products meet our food safety and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
- Following recipes and production procedures
- Working overnight shifts
- Coordinating with team members to meet production goals
