Job Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
- ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
- skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment
- ability to work overnights
- occasional day time meetings required
- can foresee problems before they occur
- a leader and role model for employees
- previous managerial experience strongly preferred but not required
- excellent leadership skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- must be able to work well with others and train bakers as needed
- must have own form of transportation

Job Duties
- Hire train and develop employees
- communicate job expectations
- plan monitor appraise and review job performance
- provide coaching and feedback disciplines when appropriate

- ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed
- maintain safe secure and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ensure brand standards and systems are executed
- prepare and complete action plans implement production productivity and quality standards
- complete visits and implement plans to drive improvements
- control costs to help maximize profitability
- execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
- execute new product roll-outs including team training
- set labor and waste goals and track results
