Job Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
- ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment
- ability to work overnights
- occasional day time meetings are required
- can foresee problems before they occur
- a leader and role model for the employees
- previous managerial experience strongly preferred but not required
- excellent leadership skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- must be able to work well with others and train bakers as needed
- must have your own form of transportation

- Fluent in English
- math and financial management
- restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- at least 18 years of age (where applicable)

Job Duties
- Hire, train and develop their employees
- communicate job expectations to their employees
- plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees' job performance

- ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve product level goals
- maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- comply with all applicable laws
- ensure brand standards and systems are executed
- prepare and complete action plans
- implement production, productivity and quality standards
- complete visits and implement plans to drive improvements
- control costs to help maximize profitability
- execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
- execute new product roll-outs including team training
- set labor and waste goals and track results
