The Overnight Stocker plays a critical role in maintaining the store's readiness for customers each day. Responsibilities include accurately and efficiently stocking shelves, rotating items to maintain freshness and proper expiration dates, breaking down deliveries, and organizing inventory in the backroom. The stocker also contributes to maintaining clean and safe aisles and storage areas, strictly following safety and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
