Job Description

This job posting is for a position within a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products and operates the restaurant independently. This means that the franchisee is the actual employer responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline, completely separate from McDonald's USA operations. Applicants who are hired will become employees of the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which does not have any control over employment decisions or access to applications for this position.
