Job Duties

  • Documenting cook and chill information for HACCP and specifications
  • Ensuring food safety and quality
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Verify the correct ingredients and amounts on all paperwork
  • Serve as backup to other roles within the Oven department
