The Service Attendant role at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove is a vital position that supports the overall guest experience by ensuring the efficient preparation and management of golf carts and practice facility equipment. This part-time role is designed for individuals who are service-oriented, highly attentive to detail, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service to club members and guests. Responsibilities include staging and stocking golf carts daily, maintaining the clean organization of cart-related areas, assisting golfers with their equipment, and ensuring the practice facility is well-maintained and welcoming. Service Attendants are expected to work harmoniously with other club staff and uphold established quality, safety, and service standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Must be service oriented with positive interactions
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Must be able to work part-time schedule
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and stock golf carts for staging and play
  • Manage practice facility presentation
  • Clean and store fleet and practice facility equipment at days end
  • Provide high level of customer service to members and guests
  • Stage carts for daily play
  • Greet members and assist with loading golf clubs onto carts
  • Clean customer golf clubs after rounds
  • Assist with maintenance of the driving range, including picking up and cleaning range balls
  • Ensure clean and well-organized cart staging and clubhouse front area
  • Provide additional support to other course areas as needed
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by golf management staff
