The Outside Services Attendant position at Native Oaks Golf Club is a vital role responsible for ensuring that golf carts, equipment, and player amenities are impeccably maintained and ready for use. This role involves a range of tasks that include preparing golf cars for player use, cleaning and organizing these carts after rounds, and safely storing them each night. Additionally, the attendant plays an important role in maintaining the driving range, including setup and upkeep throughout the day, and proper closure of the range at dusk.

The Outside Services Attendant is instrumental in providing courteous and attentive service to players, assisting with bag drop operations, and ensuring a smooth flow of players onto and off the course. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, physical stamina, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic outdoor environment. The position offers a pay range from $16.90 to $17.90 per hour and demands flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasionally extended hours.

In addition to day-to-day operational duties, this position supports special golf tournaments and outings through event setup and execution, contributing to the club’s reputation for professionalism and excellent guest experiences.
