The role of Outside Server at Invited encompasses delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, embodying the company’s high standards of hospitality. This position emphasizes creating memorable dining experiences through the consistent application of the 3-steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. As an integral part of the service team, the Outside Server operates closely with colleagues to ensure seamless dining operations and member satisfaction. Though a non-lead role, it supports overall dining area operations, including service duties and assisting management as necessary.

The Outside Server must maintain an in-depth understanding of the à la carte menu, including daily features and specials, to effectively serve members and guests. The role demands high standards of service following Invited’s F&B service training program, ensuring timely order execution and personalized member greetings.
