Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Maintain current auto insurance
  • Two years of hands-on bakery experience a plus
  • Two years prior route sales experience a plus
  • Ability to travel locally 90%-100% of the time including overnight
  • Ability to use computers for various tasks
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
  • Strong motivation to win business

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and closing sales
  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin preferred
  • Prior bakery or baking industry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Responsible for sales execution of company initiatives to promote BakeMark USA's strategy
  • Identify and obtain orders for 100% of customer supply needs
  • Travel in local territory approximately 90%-100% of the time
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Build rapport with customers and suppliers
  • Use computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet efficiently
