Representatives build and grow their own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, which provides the opportunity to earn residual commissions by retaining clients through strong account management. The position demands a proactive approach, resilience, strategic thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills as representatives connect with diverse businesses across multiple industries. Performance incentives include uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with first-year on-target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 and second-year potential between $115,000 and $135,000. The base salary for the position is $63,000, complemented by mileage reimbursement, expense allowances, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
