This position requires cold calling business owners, performing needs assessments, and delivering virtual and in-person presentations within designated territories. Alongside sales responsibilities, candidates will manage client accounts to retain business and earn residual commissions. To support representatives' success, Hibu offers an intensive training program consisting of three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of hands-on field training and ongoing companywide support.
