The company is now seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth within an assigned territory with a special focus on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and cultivating long-term relationships with business clients. The position offers a combination of competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, along with additional perks such as a monthly car allowance and fuel card. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals, as well as conducting on-site assessments and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of UniFirst’s uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs. You will develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements, maintaining CRM data meticulously to track client interactions and sales progress. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas will be a key metric of success, alongside collaborating closely with service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This role requires both strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills, which are essential for nurturing client relationships and driving sustainable business growth at UniFirst.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Willingness to take coaching and feedback
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle
  • Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements as per UniFirst's standards
