This role is pivotal in driving new business growth within an assigned territory with a special focus on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and cultivating long-term relationships with business clients. You will develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements, maintaining CRM data meticulously to track client interactions and sales progress. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas will be a key metric of success, alongside collaborating closely with service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience. This role requires both strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills, which are essential for nurturing client relationships and driving sustainable business growth at UniFirst.

Job Requirements

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
