The current opportunity is for an Outside Sales Representative to join Hibu’s dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid working environment that blends home office flexibility with in-field client engagement. The position is designed for individuals who are driven, adaptable, and eager to grow a career in sales with uncapped earning potential. Year one on-target earnings range between $90,000 and $100,000, with base salary of $43,000 along with commissions and bonuses. Year two earnings increase to $100,000-$120,000 with continued uncapped commission potential. New hires will receive best-in-class training, starting with three weeks of classroom instruction followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring thorough skill development and ongoing support.

You will engage with small business owners, conduct needs assessments, and deliver both virtual and in-person presentations. The product suite includes websites, search ads, display ads, social ads, SEO, reviews, and reputation management services. Building strong client relationships and managing accounts to retain customers and earn residual commissions is a key part of the job. Job Qualifications
