Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to manage complete sales cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct in-person client presentations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle meeting minimum auto insurance requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Job Qualifications
- 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Job Duties
- Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs
- Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
