These honors underscore the company’s commitment to cultivating a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Insperity offers a range of compelling employment benefits including extensive flexibility, career development opportunities, exceptional well-being resources, and competitive compensation. Notably, over 80% of Insperity’s roles offer flexible working arrangements, allowing employees to balance their professional responsibilities with personal life, family time, and community involvement. The company invests heavily in career growth through continuous learning programs, mentorship, and ongoing professional training to empower employees at all levels to achieve their career aspirations. Well-being is prioritized, with generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness support, and paid volunteer hours. Competitive pay structures are coupled with enrollment bonuses, residual incomes, expense allowances, and incentive awards, fostering a rewarding and motivating workplace.
The position of Outside Sales Consultant, also referred to as Business Performance Advisor, is critical in bridging Insperity’s innovative HR solutions with small and midsize business clients looking for tailored human resources guidance. This role transcends traditional sales; it emphasizes consultative engagement whereby the consultant acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify the best solutions that address their specific business needs and challenges. Supported by a robust organizational structure and equipped with advanced resources, including corporate training, leadership interaction, marketing assistance, and event-driven networking, consultants are well-positioned for success. The stability of Insperity’s recession-resilient industry and its status as a growing company provide solid job reliability coupled with exciting growth prospects.
The role demands individuals who are consultative in nature, motivated by substantial long-term earnings potential, business-savvy, people-oriented, and skilled in networking with executives and decision-makers. The job responsibilities encompass identifying prospective small and midsized businesses, conducting virtual and in-person consultations with business owners, cultivating lasting partnerships within professional networks, achieving set sales targets, managing contract paperwork, and overseeing client onboarding processes. This role offers a first-year on-target earnings range of $98,750 to $113,750, including base salary and target commissions, alongside uncapped commission potential and residual income opportunities, allowing exceptional performers to exceed earnings expectations. Insperity abides by pay transparency laws and ensures compensation considers skills, experience, and location factors, maintaining equity and fairness. Embracing diversity and equality, Insperity guarantees equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants, valuing diversity and inclusion as core company principles.
