Outside Golf Servc Attendant

The Valet/Bag & Cart Attendant role is a crucial position within the golf operations team at Rosen Hotels & Resorts. This role involves the preparation and staging of golf carts and equipment, ensuring every guest has a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience. The attendant is responsible for handling guests' bags, whether from arriving vehicles or hotel guests, and correctly placing them on the proper golf carts. Additionally, the role may include valeting guest vehicles and managing the storage of bags in the bag room. After guests complete their round of golf, the attendant cleans their equipment and loads bags onto the outgoing rack, maintaining golf carts and equipment in excellent condition throughout the day.

This position requires a friendly and helpful attitude to provide excellent customer service, contributing positively to the overall guest experience. Compliance with company policies, including a drug and tobacco/nicotine-free environment, is mandatory. The role demands physical capability to lift equipment and baggage, highlighting the importance of stamina and strength in this position.
