As an Outside Hospitality Sales Representative at Outova, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the reach and impact of the company’s outdoor living solutions. This contract-based, in-field role is designed for motivated sales professionals who thrive in entrepreneurial environments and excel in relationship-driven business development. Compensation is competitive and performance-based, offering an uncapped commission structure with an annual earning potential starting from $150,000, reflecting the significance of the role in driving company growth.
In this position, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term partnerships with a variety of commercial clients including developers, architects, design firms, and builders, utilizing your expertise to present and promote an extensive range of outdoor living products. Your work involves conducting site visits to assess project requirements, preparing thorough proposals and presentations, responding meticulously to requests for proposals and quotations, and managing contract negotiations. Representing Outova at industry trade shows and networking events will further increase visibility and create new business opportunities. You will be expected to collaborate closely with internal teams across logistics, operations, and design to ensure every project runs smoothly from conception to completion. Maintaining expert knowledge of the company’s evolving product lines and staying ahead of market trends are also key to delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting ongoing business development. This sales role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic approach to territory management, and the ability to generate leads through both traditional and innovative methods such as cold outreach and networking. Job Requirements
- Experience in design, furniture, luxury retail, or related trade/luxury product categories
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably working with hospitality professionals
- Strong territory management and business development abilities
- Comes with a book of hospitality, multi family, contract relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a relationship-driven environment
- Proficiency in lead-generation methods such as networking, cold outreach, and prospecting
- Ability to gather market insights and provide feedback to support ongoing product and business development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting

Job Duties
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with developers, architects, design firms, builders, and procurement teams
- Present and promote contract-grade outdoor living solutions including furniture, grills, outdoor kitchens and fire features
- Conduct site visits and consultations to understand project scope, assess functional requirements, and recommend tailored product selections
- Lead presentations, prepare proposals, and respond to RFPs/RFQs with professionalism and accuracy
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate new commercial opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams including logistics, operations, and design to support seamless project execution from concept to completion
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines, specifications, and current market trends
- Support contract negotiations and project coordination through closeout
