Job Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
- Strong computer skills including ERP proficiency
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Active on social media platforms
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing and background screening

- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
- Previous experience in sales, business management, or customer service
- Strong computer skills with ERP experience
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Customer focused with exceptional customer service skills
- Active on social media including LinkedIn
Job Duties
- Prospect for new customers and secure appointments to share company mission and product offerings
- Manage existing accounts daily to ensure superior customer service
- Prepare weekly sales plans using CRM to track initiated sales, leads, and account penetration
- Learn and understand the applications and benefits of products sold
- Work with internal and external sources to find new product offerings
- Attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings
- Build and develop strategic relationships with customers
- Act as product expert on all lines
- Generate new leads for all territories
- Relay industry information to Sales Manager
- Evaluate and make recommendations on new and existing products
- Research and analyze competitor pricing and sales approaches
- Establish attainable sales goals with Sales Manager
- Meet with senior management bi-weekly for sales reviews
- Review and reconcile open and pending orders monthly
- Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales trends
- Visit completed project sites to document with pictures and sales order copies weekly
