The Outreach Executive (OE), Team Lead role is a pivotal position within CVS Health's community engagement and patient acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Outreach Director, the OE Team Lead is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key local businesses and organizations within a designated territory to drive new patient acquisition. Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Access to personal transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to use email and computer reporting tools
- Willingness to provide training and support to team members
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales
- Ability to connect and influence others
- Adept negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Degree from 2 or 4 year institution preferred
- 2-5 years relevant sales or community engagement experience
- Experience using email and computer reporting tools
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Healthcare knowledge a plus
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide informal coaching and training to team members
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- Team player who contributes to overall team effectiveness

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve patient acquisition targets
- Demonstrate ability to develop, maintain, and grow a rigorous sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to prospects, patients, and community partners
- Generate leads by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships throughout the community
- Nurture prospective patients and prospect for new patients via email, phone, and networking
- Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems
- Serve as a resource for other Outreach Executives by providing training, support, and onboarding
- Prospect, engage, and create new trusting relationships with local businesses at multiple levels
- Develop collaborative partnerships and manage an account book of 40+ community and business partners
- Create and manage an account development plan and report results
- Capture and record customer information and sales activity data into CRM and appropriate business systems
- Develop sales plans to organize efforts around the business development cycle including proposing and presenting to community partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
