Collaboration extends within MetroLink departments, where the Outreach Coordinator coordinates video productions for recruitment, training, and safety notifications. Staying current with technological advancements that improve travel options or convenience is essential, allowing the organization to offer innovative mobility solutions. Safety compliance is paramount, with expectations to perform all duties in alignment with established safety guidelines and maintain a clear Motor Vehicle Record when operating company vehicles.

The position demands flexibility, dependability, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary to meetings and community events. Attending all MetroLink events for documentation and media sharing purposes is required, along with offering operational support to maintain service continuity.
