Keystone Treatment Center is a well-established treatment facility founded in 1973, dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized care for adults struggling with Chemical Dependency, Compulsive Gambling, and Co-occurring Mental Health Conditions. Located in Canton, South Dakota, with its outpatient facility in Sioux Falls, SD, Keystone is a nationally recognized and respected provider offering both inpatient and outpatient treatment. The center has grown to accommodate 126 beds and prides itself on fostering an atmosphere built on Trust, Honesty, and Responsibility. Our full continuum of recovery services includes Assessments, Medical Detoxification, Rehabilitation, and Continuing Care. These services leverage the 12 Steps of Recovery in conjunction with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at meeting the unique needs of each patient.
Keystone Treatment Center is currently seeking a reliable and professional part-time receptionist to join the Outpatient Team located in Sioux Falls, SD. This role is vital in supporting our day-to-day operations by managing front desk activities and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, vendors, and staff. The Receptionist will perform general clerical duties according to established office procedures, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position requires excellent communication skills, administrative efficiency, and a commitment to confidentiality and customer service excellence. The schedule is a 4-day workweek with evening shifts ranging from 20 to 29 hours Monday through Thursday.
The Receptionist's primary responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, handling phone communications, monitoring security protocols at the front office, managing mail and inventory, and supporting other administrative tasks as needed. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Handle front office reception and general administrative duties
- Serve visitors, vendors and outside guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them
- Notify facility personnel of visitor arrivals
- Maintain security procedures including monitoring guest logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Keep track of inventory and coordinate with supply vendors
- Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages
- Handle facility inquiries and provide general information
- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail
- Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
