As a hospitality-focused organization, Concord Hospitality prioritizes quality, integrity, community, profitability, and fun, creating a work environment that values associate growth, diversity, and work-life balance. The company invests significantly in training and development programs, catering to employees at all levels, from interns to executive leaders. This dedication to personal and professional growth is reflected in the inclusive culture fostered at Concord, where associates are encouraged to thrive both within the workplace and beyond. The company also promotes a supportive and empowering atmosphere through its "Associate First" culture, aiming to be a great place to work for everyone while delivering top-notch customer service and quality accommodations through its various hotel and food service operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as an Outlets Supervisor. This full-time role requires open availability to work morning and night shifts and involves direct oversight of the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets. Please note, this is not a cook position. The Outlets Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supervising bartenders, servers, bussers, and banquet bartenders, ensuring that associates are effectively trained on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards. This hands-on leadership role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain clear and open communication between management and staff, support operational efficiency, and uphold the quality standards of the services offered.

The Outlets Supervisor will assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates, administer disciplinary actions when necessary, and ensure that all team members have the tools and equipment needed to perform their duties effectively. Immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant will be a critical responsibility, as will participation in weekly staff, sales, and food and beverage meetings, along with monthly inventory checks. Maintaining consistent food quality and recipe adherence across all food served is crucial to the role. Additionally, the supervisor will support food service operations across the hotel as required. With a pay range of $20 to $24 per hour, this position offers competitive wages along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates. Joining Concord Hospitality as an Outlets Supervisor means becoming part of a company that values quality, integrity, and community, while providing ample opportunities for career advancement and personal development.
