As a leader in the hospitality industry, Hyatt stands among the top hotel brands known for delivering exceptional guest services and innovative hospitality experiences worldwide.

Grand Hyatt DFW, situated inside the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Terminal D, offers unparalleled convenience for travelers, being just steps away from TSA checkpoints and providing seamless access to all surrounding terminals. This luxury hotel presents guests with elegantly appointed rooms and suites featuring stunning runway views, perfect for those traveling for business or leisure. The property boasts multiple acclaimed dining venues including the Grand Met Restaurant and Bar, where guests enjoy elevated culinary experiences and expertly crafted cocktails in a sophisticated ambiance. Maintaining strong guest relationships to create memorable dining experiences and overseeing financial management aspects such as budgeting, payroll accountability, cost control, and revenue growth are integral to the role. Additionally, the director is expected to be a visible presence during peak service times and champion innovation by collaborating on menu evolution and beverage programming to stay ahead of luxury hospitality trends.

This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates within the local Dallas-Fort Worth market, reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage. Hyatt offers excellent benefits including free on-site airport terminal parking, free colleague meals, complimentary room nights, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and family leave, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plans.
