The Restaurant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the daily functioning of the restaurant by leading and managing the team of associates. This position requires the ability to effectively schedule, train, and support staff to meet the demands of the business each day. The supervisor ensures that all associates have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently and safely. Communication between the front and back of the house is a critical part of the role, as it promotes smooth operations across all departments. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for addressing any safety or health concerns that arise, ensuring compliance with workplace standards and maintaining a safe environment for both employees and guests. The role also encompasses providing direct assistance to guests by addressing their questions, concerns, or unique needs to enhance their overall experience. Flexibility is key, as the supervisor may be required to assist in various areas of the restaurant depending on operational requirements. This role is suited for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Employment type is full-time, and compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience supervising restaurant staff
- Ability to work in a standard office environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent fine motor skills required for keyboarding, typing and operating office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 10-25 pounds
- Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials
- Ability to hear and participate in conversations and meetings

Job Duties
- Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks
- Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job
- Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant
- Reports any safety or health concerns
- Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs
- Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed
