Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality recommended but not required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items
- Provide recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
- Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Monitor table cleanliness and promptly clear dishes and utensils
- Prepare and deliver accurate checks, handle payments, and process transactions
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup
- Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork mentality
