The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager plays a critical role within The London West Hollywood by overseeing and managing all facets of the food and beverage operations. This position includes supervising staff, maintaining high-quality service standards, managing profitability and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations. The manager is responsible for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and efficient operational management. A key part of this role is to cultivate a service-oriented atmosphere where guest interaction is conducted in a friendly, attentive, and courteous manner. Furthermore, the manager is accountable for the recruitment, training, coaching, and corrective measures of the food and beverage team to ensure consistent service excellence and low turnover rates.
In addition to overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel, the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager actively monitors the quality of service and encourages staff adherence to established service standards. They participate in menu planning and preparation while remaining engaged on the floor to maintain direct contact with both guests and team members.
