- Coordinate and supervise all food and beverage operations

- maintain high-quality service standards on the floor
- manage labor costs while ensuring excellent service
- develop and coach team members to follow service standards
- comply with hotel standards and regulations
- manage recruitment, coaching, and corrective processes
- oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets
- supervise all team members
- respond promptly to guest complaints
- prepare payroll and scheduling reports and quarterly action plans
- monitor quality of service in outlets
- assist in menu planning and preparation
- ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
- enforce standard operating procedures
