Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise all food and beverage operations
  • market ideas to promote business growth
  • reduce staff turnover and maintain revenue and payroll budgets
  • maintain high-quality service standards on the floor
  • manage labor costs while ensuring excellent service
  • develop and coach team members to follow service standards
  • comply with hotel standards and regulations
  • manage recruitment, coaching, and corrective processes
  • oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets
  • supervise all team members
  • respond promptly to guest complaints
  • prepare payroll and scheduling reports and quarterly action plans
  • monitor quality of service in outlets
  • assist in menu planning and preparation
  • ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
  • enforce standard operating procedures
