Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive food & beverage management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant and lounge outlets within the hotel
  • Manage and support outlet managers and supervisors to achieve goals
  • Ensure consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction across outlets
  • Assist with budget development, financial analysis, and cost control
  • Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to support hotel events
  • Recruit, hire, and train managers and supervisors within the department
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support Food & Beverage leadership
