Job Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications per federal, state, and gaming regulations
- must successfully pass background check
- must successfully pass drug screening
- must be twenty-one (21) years of age
- skills typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related cashier or host experience

- ability to communicate effectively with employees and guests at all levels

- ability to restock needed materials and retrieve dropped items

Job Duties
- Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Bristol their choice for gaming entertainment
- greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arrange for seating
- monitor room atmosphere
- provide information on all aspects of Hard Rock Bristol services and facilities to guests
- quote accurate waiting times and handle guest waiting lists or reservations
- answer inquiries ensuring guest satisfaction
- provide clean china, silverware and glassware upon request
- set up tables with dishes, linen, flatware
- attend to customer needs and requests such as refilling beverages and condiments
- assist wait staff with tray service as needed
- attend and participate in meetings, completing follow up as assigned
- perform work regularly and predictably
- other duties as assigned
