The Host position is a vital role within our hospitality team, serving as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. The Host not only greets, seats, and pages guests but also acts as a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator, and a passionate music lover at heart. The role also involves supporting servers, bussers, and managers in their duties, performing opening, closing, and side tasks like cleaning glass, polishing brass, sweeping or vacuuming floors, wiping menus, and maintaining restrooms. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and polite nature
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
