Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
- Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good sense of balance
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to perform duties outside the immediate job description as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Serving food and beverages orders with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
- Responsible for making sure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
- Each guest seated at a table should be served together - timing is important
- Respond to questions with informed answers
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
