Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Good sense of balance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to perform duties outside the immediate job description as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Serving food and beverages orders with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
  • Responsible for making sure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
  • Each guest seated at a table should be served together - timing is important
  • Respond to questions with informed answers
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
  • Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe
  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
  • The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
