Job Description
Hard Rock International (HRI) is a globally recognized entertainment brand operating venues in over 70 countries, with 265 locations that include owned, licensed, or managed Rock Shops, Live Performance Venues, and Cafes. Established as a global icon deeply connected to music, Hard Rock International owns the world’s largest and most valuable collection of authentic music memorabilia, with more than 86,000 pieces displayed worldwide. The company’s footprint extends beyond hospitality and entertainment into digital platforms through Hard Rock Digital, an online sportsbook, retail sportsbook, and internet gaming platform launched in 2020.
As a leader in the hospitality industry, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos have earned numerous accolades, including being recognized as the number one brand in Outstanding Guest Satisfaction among Upper Upscale Hotels by J.D. Power for multiple years. The organization prides itself on its commitment to diversity, inclusion, employee well-being, and corporate social responsibility. Hard Rock International has received recognition as one of Forbes’ Best Employers for Women, Diversity, New Grads, and has been acknowledged as a top large employer within the Travel, Leisure, Gaming, and Entertainment sectors. Its status as the first privately-owned gaming company designated U.S. Best Managed Company by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal exemplifies its business excellence.
Within this vast creative and fast-paced environment, Hard Rock Cafe seeks dedicated Bussers who play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest experience in the restaurant. As part of a dynamic team, Bussers at Hard Rock are responsible for clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, emptying trash cans, stocking ice and products, and keeping the back dock area organized. They collaborate closely with hosts, servers, and other Bussers to ensure seamless service and a welcoming environment.
Bussers at Hard Rock Cafe contribute directly to guest satisfaction by supporting the serving staff and facilitating an efficient and smooth dining experience. These team members demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and adaptability, often assisting with additional tasks such as removing ketchups, refilling guests’ drinks, and preparing bar pre-mixes in some locations. This role requires physical stamina and manual dexterity, as it involves moving around the restaurant for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a lively setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Hard Rock International values the health and well-being of its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports team members in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Although benefits may vary according to employment status, the company emphasizes support for physical and mental wellness among its team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and want to be part of a globally renowned hospitality brand dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture.
