They are currently seeking a dedicated Ramp Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The Ramp Supervisor role is pivotal in ensuring that guests receive top-tier service from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is securely returned. This role demands a professional who can balance efficiency with a warm and approachable demeanor, ensuring every guest feels valued and confident in the care of their vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of four years, a high school diploma, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Physical fitness and the ability to work effectively in various weather conditions are also essential attributes for success in this role.

The Ramp Supervisor will oversee daily valet operations, including greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude, directing the valet team, and ensuring that all vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and promptly. This role requires a keen eye for vehicle security and a commitment to maintaining a positive and organized ramp environment.
