Trackers Earth teaches a wide array of skills including bushcraft (field archery, fire craft, shelter building, wilderness survival), mariner skills (fishing, boating, crawfishing, river travel, navigation), homesteading skills (farming, woodworking, wild plants, blacksmithing), strategic skills (animal tracking, stealth games, field awareness), and leadership skills grounded in Stoic philosophy emphasizing service and responsibility. These diverse skills offer children meaningful development opportunities packed into creative and fun outdoor adventures.

The camp is currently hiring passionate educators for its 2026 summer season who want to guide children on epic wilderness adventures while gaining invaluable experience themselves. The roles available include Guides (Educators) who lead teams of kids in skill development, safety, and team culture; Coordinators (Managers) who oversee groups of Guides, ensure safety and program quality, and provide coaching; and Specialists (Mentors) who bring mastery of specific disciplines to provide expert instruction and mentorship. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $28.50 per hour, depending on role, experience, and certifications, with coordinators earning a weekly wage. Trackers Earth offers a full-time, temporary employment experience that is hands-on, meaningful, and designed to help educators grow as they contribute to a thriving outdoor learning community.
