Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass clearinghouse screening
- Physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto 5-foot high platform
- Preferred 1 year of truck driving experience but not required
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A driver’s license
- Minimum of 4 months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean clearinghouse results
- Physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto 5-foot high platform
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks on OTR routes safely and efficiently
- Transport a variety of heavy and specialty cargo such as glass, steel, and machinery
- Secure loads using tarps and other materials ensuring safety compliance
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and records adhering to DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding load status
- Attend paid orientation and training sessions in Spokane, Washington
