The role available is for an OTR CDL-A Truck Driver, a position that offers excellent earning potential with a salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually. Barr-Nunn also incentivizes new hires with generous transition bonuses of $1,650 or $1,825 on the first paycheck, depending on qualifications and endorsements. This role is well suited for solo company drivers who want to earn big while enjoying a balanced home time schedule. Drivers run for 21 days straight and then get a full 7 days off to rest and reset. The freight is 100% no-touch, full dry van truckload, which means drivers will not be responsible for loading or unloading cargo, allowing them to focus solely on driving and safety. Barr-Nunn supports drivers with paid flights home and back when parking at company terminals, or reimburses fuel costs for drivers living east of I-35, providing added flexibility and convenience.

Barr-Nunn offers competitive pay based on experience and endorsements, with rates from 65 to 70 cents per mile. Drivers with HAZMAT endorsements are eligible for higher hiring bonuses and additional premiums per mile when hauling placarded hazardous material freight. The company also offers other types of accessorial pay, such as stop-off pay, and provides excellent benefits including 401(k) with matching contributions, BCBS health insurance, dental insurance, and free $10,000 life insurance coverage.
