The practice is a well-established and stable medical group specializing in Otolaryngology, located in LaPorte, Indiana. This job opening is for a full-time, permanent Otolaryngologist position. The role includes joining a collegial group consisting of two physicians and three advanced practice providers, offering a supportive, team-oriented practice culture. The weekly schedule is flexible and comprises three clinic days and two dedicated operating room (OR) days. The call coverage is manageable at a 1:3 rotation, ensuring a balanced workload. The average outpatient volume is about 20 patients per day, with inpatient volumes varying based on patient needs. Physicians benefit from working with an experienced clinical and administrative support staff and utilize an integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation. Job Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Utilize the EPIC EMR system for inpatient and outpatient documentation
