This job opening is for a full-time, permanent Otolaryngologist position. The role includes joining a collegial group consisting of two physicians and three advanced practice providers, offering a supportive, team-oriented practice culture. The weekly schedule is flexible and comprises three clinic days and two dedicated operating room (OR) days. The call coverage is manageable at a 1:3 rotation, ensuring a balanced workload. The average outpatient volume is about 20 patients per day, with inpatient volumes varying based on patient needs.
