The role available is a Full-time Warehouse Technical Support position within the distribution department at CVS Health. This position operates under general supervision and plays a vital role in supporting the warehouse area operations. The successful candidate will conduct routine technical support tasks, ensure the distribution department operates efficiently by applying LEAN principles, and maintain key performance metrics. Responsibilities include communicating with supervisors regarding staffing needs, gathering employee feedback, monitoring daily operations, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, and organizing workloads and educational resources for the distribution team. The individual will also contribute to defining the distribution strategy to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year of relevant experience who have basic problem-solving and decision-making skills. The position anticipates a 40-hour workweek and offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, with the actual offer dependent on factors such as experience, education, and location.

Job Duties

  • Conducts routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team
  • gathers feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs

  • maintains metrics for the distribution department to monitor transactions at all levels of service
  • collects data from the distribution department on key performance indicators to measure against expected outcomes

  • operates forklifts and material handling equipment for the distribution warehouse and educates staff on safety protocols
