Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of entry
- take accurate food and drink orders promptly
- process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
- handle cash and electronic payments in compliance with company procedures
- demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the menu and products
- make informed recommendations to guests, including allergen awareness
- create and deliver first-class customer experiences in both national and local brand settings
