Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year manufacturing experience
  • ability to read technical drawings and travelers
  • basic math skills
  • familiarity with standard measuring instruments
  • ability to work with machinery, chemicals, noise, and explosives
  • ability to use personal protective equipment
  • availability to work onsite in Oxnard, CA

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • perform essential entry-level manufacturing and assembly tasks
  • carry out mechanical and electronic assembly operations
  • operate assembly equipment under close supervision
  • weigh and press pyrotechnic powders according to approved procedures
  • meet assigned job completion schedules
  • conduct self-inspections to ensure quality and production compliance
  • report run times, quantities, and equipment issues promptly
