As a Contract Ordnance Assembler I, you will contribute your expertise in electronic assembly and soldering to ensure the production and assembly of these intricate devices meet exacting standards. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, your responsibilities include mechanical and electronic assembly operations, operating assembly equipment under close supervision, and the precise weighing and pressing of pyrotechnic powders. The role demands strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring that safety and quality remain paramount at every stage. Additionally, you will conduct self-inspections to uphold compliance with production requirements, maintain assigned equipment and work areas, and report any out-of-tolerance conditions or equipment issues immediately.
