The Order Replenishment Merchandiser role at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is essential to maintaining product visibility and availability in retail locations. The position is a full-time opportunity that requires working Thursday through Monday from 6:00 AM until the route is complete. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend over and reach above head height
- Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail

- Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred
Job Duties
- Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements
- Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
- Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
- Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
- Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
- Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
