The position of Duty Manager Control Center at Swissport is a critical role focused on overseeing the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of into-plane fueling activities. This role demands high attention to safety policies and operational protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards including FAA, TSA, IATA, ATA, U.S. Customs, and local airport authorities. A Duty Manager Control Center is tasked with managing not only the operational aspects but also ensuring contractual service standards meet customer expectations effectively.

The position requires conducting audits and verification of fuel-related paperwork and ensuring compliance with strict fuel quality control specifications like ATA 103, NFPA 407, and FAR Part 139.321. The duty manager must effectively manage staff schedules to reduce overtime reliance and handle coaching, counseling, or disciplinary actions as per company policy.
