The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Orange County Hotel is a dynamic leadership position that plays a pivotal part in orchestrating the seamless operation of the hotel's full-service restaurants. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure flawless service execution, maintain high standards for food quality and presentation, and lead a motivated team of staff members to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic
