Benefits include a front-loaded paid time off system dependent on your work schedule and years of experience, 8 paid holidays, multiple medical plan options, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts including HSA, and discounts on services like Botox and LASIK.

Further, you will enjoy 100 percent company-paid long-term and short-term life insurance, a 401K plan with annual matching contributions, a $6,000 professional allowance for equipment or business-related expenses, malpractice insurance, and eligibility for partnership consideration after your second year of employment. This comprehensive benefits package reflects our commitment to supporting our employees' professional and personal well-being.
