JINS Eyewear is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic candidates for the role of Customer Service Specialist / Optician at their store located in the Shops at Santa Anita in Arcadia, California. This full-time position requires a passion for optical sales combined with a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. The role involves engaging directly with customers in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, guiding them to find the perfect eyewear tailored to their individual needs and preferences. The ideal candidate would not only have experience in optical sales but also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a vibrant, positive attitude that supports teamwork and customer satisfaction.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $26.00 for a 40-hour workweek and requires availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting eyewear that aligns with their style and visual requirements, communicating JINS's brand values, offering the best lens options, performing basic eyewear adjustments and fittings, handling transactions via a point-of-sale system, and maintaining an organized store environment. Candidates will also have the opportunity to grow within the company, including support for obtaining ABO certification and becoming a licensed optician if not already certified.
